About the Journal

The creation of the Journal Archivos de la Sociedad Chilena de Medicina del Deporte, was born from the Chilean Society of Sports Medicine created in 1955 as a way of dissemination and publication of scientific knowledge associated with physical activity, exercise and sport in the different stages of life and from different scientific areas including; deportology, traumatology, nutrition, kinesiology, physiology, sports psychology, biomechanics, physical education, public health, among others.

Our goal is that the journal has universal accessibility for all those students and professionals who are interested in the improvement and constant updating of content on sports science, rehabilitation and physical activity.
